He provides corporate, management and accounting advice to a number of companies involved in the resource, technology and leisure industries. Mr Steinepreis is also currently a director of CFOAM Limited (ASX: CFO) and Taruga Minerals Ltd (ASX: TAR).

Brendan is a geologist with over 20 years of mineral exploration, mining and resource development experience in a broad range of geological settings. In previous years Brendan has been working in the Asian region in a variety of business development roles for mid-tier gold miners Kingsgate Consolidated and Dominion Mining. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Stacey is a Finance Executive with over 30 years’ experience in the Australian resources sector. Stacey has previously held a range of senior positions as CFO and Company Secretary of listed resources companies. Prior to her role at DevEx, she was Chief Financial Officer for EMR Capital’s Golden Grove and Capricorn Copper operations prior to the listing of 29Metals in July 2021, where she then held the role of Group Manager, Commercial and Finance. Stacey has significant experience in corporate and financial matters, holds a Bachelor of Business degree and is a member of CPA Australia.

Andrew has worked in Australia, PNG, Guyana, Brazil, Egypt, and USA.
