Junee

NSW (100% LSA)

The Junee Project is situated within Australia’s Gold and Copper Heartland, the prolific Lachlan Fold Belt, a region with an impressive legacy of over 110Moz gold and 19Mt copper in current resources and past production. This region is home to world-class porphyry copper-gold and epithermal gold deposits, including: Cadia: 42Moz Au, 8.7Mt Cu, Northparkes: 3.8Moz Au, 3.4Mt Cu and Cowal: 9.6Moz Au.

Located over the southern extension of the Junee-Narromine Volcanic Belt, host to the Northparkes and Cowal deposits, the Project exhibits strong potential for porphyry Cu-Au, low-sulphidation Au-Ag, and shear-hosted Au systems.

Key Highlights:

  • Emerging Cu-Au Porphyry District: Positioned within an underexplored yet highly prospective segment of the Lachlan Fold Belt, with major mining companies exploring near-by.
  • District Scale Opportunity: Covers an area over 20km of strike with favourable host rock stratigraphy, within a district experiencing renewed exploration and mining interest.
  • Prospective Geology: Demonstrated Phase 4 Macquarie Arc-equivalent monzonite intrusions, comparable in age and chemistry to the Cadia and Northparkes systems, enhancing its mineralisation potential.
