Gary Steinepreis, CA, B.Com

Non-Executive Chairman

Mr Steinepreis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and is a Chartered Accountant. He provides corporate, management and accounting advice to a number of companies involved in the resource, technology and leisure industries. Mr Steinepreis is also currently a director of CFOAM Limited (ASX: CFO) and Taruga Minerals Ltd (ASX: TAR).

Brendan Bradley, BSc (Geol Hons) MAIG

Brendan is a geologist with over 20 years of mineral exploration, mining and resource development experience in a broad range of geological settings. In previous years Brendan has been working in the Asian region in a variety of business development roles for mid-tier gold miners Kingsgate Consolidated and Dominion Mining. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Daniel Smith, BA, FGIA, RG146

Non-Executive Director & Company Secretary

Mr Smith is a Fellow member of the Governance Institute of Australia and has over 15 years’ primary and secondary capital markets expertise. As a director of corporate consulting firm Minerva Corporate, he has advised on, and been involved in, over a dozen IPOs, RTOs and capital raisings on the ASX, AIM and NSX. His key focus is on corporate governance and compliance, commercial due diligence and transaction structuring, as well as ongoing investor and stakeholder engagement.

Mr Smith is a non-executive director and company secretary of Europa Metals Ltd (AIM) and QX Resources Limited (ASX:QXR), non-executive chairman of DY6 Metals Ltd (ASX:DY6), a non-executive director of  Artemis Resources Limited (ASX), White Cliff Minerals Limited (ASX), and Nelson Resources Limited (ASX:NES), and is Company Secretary for Taruga Minerals Limited. Mr Smith holds a BA in International Relations from Curtin University.

Stacey Apostolou, BBus CPA

Stacey is a Finance Executive with over 30 years’ experience in the Australian resources sector. Stacey has previously held a range of senior positions as CFO and Company Secretary of listed resources companies. Prior to her role at DevEx, she was Chief Financial Officer for EMR Capital’s Golden Grove and Capricorn Copper operations prior to the listing of 29Metals in July 2021, where she then held the role of Group Manager, Commercial and Finance. Stacey has significant experience in corporate and financial matters, holds a Bachelor of Business degree and is a member of CPA Australia.

Andrew Tyrrell, GAICD, MSc, MAIG, MSEG

CEO

Previously worked for Newmont, AngloGold Ashanti (Exploration Manager) and Gold Road Resources (GM – Discovery). Key management role in the +4.2Moz Silicon epithermal gold discovery and rebuilding of AngloGold’s North American exploration team and portfolio.

Alan Hawkins, BSc(Hons), MSc, MAIG RPGeo, FSEG

Exploration Manager

Gold and copper exploration across the Asia Pacific region. Previously worked for Newmont (Principal) and Evolution Mining (Exploration Manager). Extensive experience with all aspects of JV acquisition, management and divestment. Andrew has worked inAustralia, PNG, Guyana, Brazil, Egypt, and USA.
